*How to choose the right size ?
-Pls kindly check our size chart in the description.
-Because the item is hand-made, there may be 2-3 cm error in the measurements .
*How to order a custom made, color change, satin-zipper waistband skirt ?
-you could email us first ( the Service Center is in the left side of the store page. ), the extra fee is according to the changes you want.
*Is the color the same as pictures? Is there a special smell?
-We offer 100% Real Photos, because of different computers ,cellphones , light outdoor / indoor, there is more or less a little color difference, if you really care about this , pls kindly think twice before making the order.
- We put the item in a small plastic bag for shipping, and it is a long time for delivery, there may be a little smell when you open it, but it will be disappeared after hanging for days.
*Could we offer wholesale price ?
-Yes, if you need over 20Pcs of skirts and at least 5 Pcs per color , you could contact us for a discount.
-If you have a special request for time, pls contact us first before making the order. thank you.
* When to get the order ?
It needs about 7 days to prepare the order ( not included weekend and holidays ).
For rush order, pls kindly choose DHL express shipping, normally it just needs 3-7 days for delivery ( not included the preparing time), and Pls you arrange the customs clearance in time.
We do not suggest EMS / ePacket if you need urgently. sometimes there is a little delay in the busy season, normally the delivery time is 10-20days by EMS / ePacket, the protection time for delivery is 60 days.
Normally it needs 15-60 days for delivery by Aliexpress Standard shipping or China Post Air Mail, the protection time is 60days ( 90days for Brasil ). Pls notice that you need to pick up the parcel from local post office in time.
*How to return / refund my order ?
- if you haven\'t got your order in the protection time, you could contact us with a message , pls kindly do not open dispute first, and let us make a good solution.
- the parcel had been returned by post or customs because there is no one to pick up it or arrange the customs clearance, we could resend it to you with reshipping fee , or refund the order price after deducting the postage ( pls notice that we will deduct 10usd off from free shipping order ).
- the parcel had been delivered but you do not have it, pls kindly ask your family and neighbors first, or contact local post office to check the name and address of the signer and then offer us the proof.
- the parcel haven\'t been arrived and the protection time is over, pls kindly contact us for a refund in time (in 60 days after shipping) .
- if your parcel is wrong, less or had been broken, pls kindly take a big picture and then send us the picture in 24 hours. If it is our mistake or a quality problem, we will resend a new one for free , or full refund you if you would like to return ,or partial refund if you want to keep it.
- if you do not like the order ( color, size or style ) and want to return for a refund or an exchange, pls kindly contact us first for return address. ( you need to pay the postage of return. )
- for custom made / color changed / clearance sale items , it is not available for return .
